Aha.be provides information entirely free of obligations. The data offered by Aha don’t guarantee the information to be complete, nor reliable or definite. When taking decisions concerning your real estate, first contact professional consultants (real estate agents, experts, architects, lawyers, notaries, tax specialists, etc.). Aha.be can’t be held responsible for possible errors in the content of the ads or when certain properties are no longer available.

Contact the real estate office that placed the ad for a definite answer on the availability and the content. Aha.be is not in control of the content placed on the website by its users and therefore can’t be held responsible for the information provided under ant circumstances.

Advertiser duties

As the advertiser, you are responsible for the content of your ad. You agree to only publish correct information (pictures, photos,…) that is in accordance with the intellectual rights of third parties (copyrights, portrayal rights,…), with the prevailing standards and morals or the Belgian legislation. As a user you agree to protect and compensate ORIS, its subsidiaries, its board of directory, its employees, partners and agents from and for any charge by third parties as to the content you ad as a user. Aha.be is not responsible for the quality and accuracy of the website contents to which can be linked starting from Aha. Aha.be can’t take any responsibility as to compliance with the prevailing legislation and regulation concerning the products and services offered on the website.

Restriction of access

Aha.be holds the right to deny access to users who publish incorrect information that violates the intellectual property of third parties and that doesn’t comply with the prevailing standards and morals or the Belgian legislation. In that case Aha.be can take legal action.

Law of application and jurisdiction
